Get Help: Find Where to Report

Answer a few quick questions and we will point you to the right place to report. No personal information is collected. Everything stays in your browser.

Prefer to type it out? Open the “Ask a question” button in the corner and describe what happened in your own words, in English or Korean.

Talk to someone

Tell us what happened and how to reach you. A person at the center will follow up, in Korean or English.

Online intake is coming soon

Our secure online form is not switched on yet. Until then, please call or email us, or use the guided helper to report directly to the right agency.

A phone number or an email — whichever is easier for us to reach you.

Please do not include passwords, Social Security numbers, or bank account numbers.

Your message goes to the center’s staff only. We are not a government agency, and filing here is not a report to one — we will help you do that.

Just lost money? Do these four things first

Before anything else, protect what can still be protected. Then come back and report.

  1. Call your bank or card company now

Ask them to freeze the card, stop or recall the transfer, and dispute the charges. Minutes matter.

  2. Stop all contact with the scammer

Do not send more money, even if they promise refunds or threaten you. "Fees" to recover money are part of the scam.

  3. Save the evidence

Screenshots, messages, phone numbers, receipts, envelopes, wallet addresses. Do not delete anything yet.

  4. Protect your accounts

Change passwords from a safe device and consider a free credit freeze if personal information was exposed.
